Human keratinocytes are characterised morphologically through serial passage, and each batch is tested for expresion of the following keratinocyte markers: cytokeratin 14 (K14), integrin alpha-6 (CD49f), integrin beta-1 (CD29). All cells have been processed in INBIOBANK by manufacturing procedures based on ISO9001:2000 standards. These cells have tested negative for the following pathogens: HIV-1/2, Hepatitis B/C (Abbot Prism Chemiluminiscence Assay), and Mycoplasma (PCR Kit).   Cat.
